The Solo Pianist

I quite ofter see them given a sheet of music maybe ask a question or two about what key we want it in and so on and away they go. However there is one type of piano soloists that I am totally blown away with and that is the player who can just play tunes by ear with no music sheet whatsoever. Now that is some sort of talent
