Professional Cookware Sets Make a Difference in the Kitchen

I love to cook. I’m very serious about it. When I married my husband he had a very cheap set of thin walled cookware. I took my professional cookware with me. He’d never seen anything like it. He also wanted to know how come I could cook food without burning it. He never knew that his food was burning because of his thin cookware, not him. He was amazed and now he enjoys cooking with my LeCreuset cookware. I am planning to look into some new professional cookware sets to replace my twenty five year old well worn and well loved LeCreuset.
