Grounds On Which Damages Can Be Claimed In Automobile Accident

Automobile accident is something no one wants to happen but sometime they just happen. In order to help ease the suffering of victims, the law has defined a number of grounds on which damages can be claimed. These grounds include the psychological ones like emotional distress and loss of enjoyment.

Then there are other grounds like loss of earning especially in case of victim becoming disabled, expenses towards treatment, damages towards loss of property. Similarly any other expenses that occurred due to car accident claims can be considered as ground for additional claim damages.
