Customer Service is important

There are at least two things that I want to have the final decision on in my business.  One is the product we produce.  I want ours to always work and have a zero tolerance for faulty products.  The second is in our customer relations.  I know a lot of companies have gone to Customer Service Outsourcing but if and when we go that route it will be with a company that has already proven themselves in this area.  I have dealt with a few so know it is possible.  Unfortunately most of my experience has been with offshore outsourcing and it just has not worked for me.
