Don’t Overlook Valuable Agreements Because of Workplace Harassment

If workplace harassment causes you to leave your employment, don’t forget about your employment contract end separation agreement.  Sometimes when people get a new job, they forget to negotiate their contracts and agreements.  This is a critical step and because of carelessness you could lose out on opportunities and advancements that become available in your company or opportunities to advance your career when you have left your current job.  Workplace harassment may cause a confusing departure from your job but make sure that all contractual obligations and arguments have been met.  Don’t miss out on compensation packages, bonuses, stock rights, or any other company benefits which are due you.
