Plan your conference with the help of conference planning guidelines
June 13th, 2008 | by admin |While going through the Conference Planning Guidelines on a website, I realized what were the deficiencies in our last conference and what were the areas in which we need to look into so that to organize a highly successful conference. With the help of these guidelines, I prepared a basic checklist for the conference and delegated different jobs to my juniors. Made it a point to get feedback from them, make an entry in the checklist and then proceed. It was of real help to me and I can bet that I was basically free the day before the conference as I had little work to do. Everything was so well pre-planned and organized that I could participate in the conference whole heartedly and reap its benefits. I would advice everyone to adhere to these guidelines.
