Researching Lean Manufacturing Methods
August 9th, 2008 | by admin |What with growing energy costs and other expenses, I’ve been looking into Lean Manufacturing Methods to see if we can improve our efficiency.
From what I’ve read about Lean Manufacturing 5s, I think it could be worth the difficult adjustment in the end. It will be a tough road, though.
With expenses rising every day, efficiency is absolutely critical.
