Other than that the system also provides for encouraging and maintaining employee-management relations, and providing efficient and customer friendly processes. personnel management is common at many organizations, both public and private, and serves to keep track of many processes across companies and government agencies, centralizing the services in many cases to make things less complicated and make sure people get the services they need from the company or agency.
