Thoughts On Lean Manufacturing Principles

Lean Manufacturing Principles lately. I think it would be a good idea for our company. It could help a great deal with improving our efficiency.
I’ve been reading up all over the web on Lean Manufacturing 5s. The adjustment process would be painful, but I think we can manage it.
I’d much rather improve our efficiency locally than resort to mass layoffs our overseas outsourcing.
