Sharing this information with other teachers and other staff is call knowledge management. There is also the type of knowledge management that the staff has to work with and that is the knowledge that the children are learning and keeping tabs on what they know and what they do not know. Knowledge management comes in many forms but most of the forms can be implemented in almost any working industry that there is today in the working world. While perhaps full-fledged knowledge tree document management is not necessary in a school, km is definitely used in a special form in schools.
