Workforce Plans Can Be Implements

We spent months developing our strategic plan for our company.  It seemed like time well spent and everyone was excited about it when we finally completed it.  Yet it seemed that no matter how much planning we did and how many action steps we created it all slowed when came to the area of workforce planning.  It was the general consensus that the planning strategy stopped here because there were too many factors to consider when dealing with people and their issues.  This attitude has started to change now.  We have hired Vemo Workforce Planning.  As the system is implemented even the old timers are seeing the light.
