Knowing Your Audience

February 4th, 2008 | by admin |

One key factor in delivering a good presentation is knowing your audience. It is one of the most effective presentation skills you need to have. When you know more about your audience, what their expectations are, you can design a presentation well that will capture their interest. If you are talking about some technical subject, and most of your audience are not technical-savvy, then try to limit using technical jargon as much as possible. Always make sure that your audience is with you all throughout your presentation. Only in this way that you will achieve your goal, that is, delivering your message successfully to your audience.
