Customer Service: Bring Back The People.
With all the so-called time-saving devices we have these days, our time is supposed to be optimized… No hitches or glitches keeping us from getting as much done as possible. Is this true? Are we getting more done because we have so many tools to help us?
Personally, I don’t think we are. Businesses like to tell us, the customer, that by automating most of their ‘mundane’ tasks, they can offer better service by freeing up resources. Wrong again.
Modern companies, with few exceptions, have no clue to what good customer service training is about, which is why there’s such a lack of true customer service lately. I want the people back. Let’s bring some accountability back to corporate America.
Online Credit Card Processing Service Options
What are my options as far as online merchant credit card processing is concerned? We are a young business and investigating into offering some of our products online. Naturally, we would need some sort of Online Credit Card Processing Service to allow our customers to buy with their credit or debit cards. What kind of service is best for small businesses that will not be selling more than, say, 100 orders a month? I have been reading into QuickBooks and it sounds like solution that could work for us, but are there any other options available for a business our size?
A great package
I have been running a restaurant for many years and one of the best things that I ever did was to install Aloha restaurant POS, since it really has made my life much simpler. I can now control all financial aspects of the business very easily, and that includes stock control and knowing which customers like which dishes. It really is a boon and I would advise any other restaurant operator to get a package like this as soon as possible. It will change your life for the better.
Is There A Good Book About This?
I am wondering if there is a good book about asbestos advice and removal that someone could recommend to me. I would love to find one with lots of pictures of asbestos containing materials so I would have a better idea what they look like, and other information that would tell me how old a house would have to be to have asbestos in it so that I can try to avoid buying a house that contains asbestos. My husband would get so upset and so worried if he discovered we had asbestos in our house since he is a hypochondriac.

Prophet CRM software Integration With Outlook
Have you heard about Prophet Crm software? I was looking around to compare various customer relation management software and what struck me most about Prophet is it’s unique ability to seamlessly merge with Microsoft Outlook to manage customer and contact databases through the email program. That’s great, because the whole company uses Microsoft Outlook already.
