OK that’s it! I just went upstairs and in the privacy of my bedroom tried on my ski pants. Well, do I have to tell you the result? I’ve never had problems with my weight before but this time the scale was not a friend. I won’t tell you what I saw there except to say it isn’t pretty! OK I’ll admit I’ve been eating out a lot and probably partying just a little too much but iit’s over. I’m going back to the slopes as soon as the snow flies and menawhile those pounds are coming off so that I don’t have to buy a new pair of Bogners for no good reason. Thinking out loud I wonder what my best course is? Do I hie myself down to Jenny’s or find a sensible diet plan on my own and go it alone. Unfortunately, most of the popular diets are seriously flawed. I not only need a plan but have to find the elusive discipline to stick to the plan, exercise regularly and check progress frequently. I think my personality needs mentoring so I better get down to the gym and find that nice looking trainer to give me some advice! Ciao!
