Recently, I heard about a case related to sexual assault of a female employee of a reputed firm. The case is still going on but I feel that the lady had already faced so much hardship. Firstly, it was the sexual harassment that she suffered from and then it was the sexual harassment investigation process. This litigation or investigation would certainly shatter her in due course. It is because the treatment that she has been getting after filing her complaint is so very brutal. I believe that it would do even more damage to her life, health, career, and psyche. It is a stark reality that the solution to her problem has itself become harassment for her.
