A New Way Of Keeping In Touch

September 27th, 2008 | by admin |

We have all heard of video conferencing and video meetings on a work computer. That is definitely possible with today’s technology. However, there are many people who keep in touch with friends and family via video on their computer, and this is all made possible due to a Dsl upgrade. I understand why people would like to move away from communicating by telephone. I find it to be a rather cold and impersonal way to communicate with people. Actually being able to not only hear but to see the person you are talking to is a much better alternative to me than just holding a phone receiver up to your head.  You simply have to call up one of the companies that offer DSL service in your neighborhood.  For example, if you are in parts of the Southern United States, you can get a bellsouth dsl upgrade and be on your way to high speed internet access.  With a Bellsouth DSL upgrade, you can then videoconference with friends and relatives through the Internet.
