Weird blood pressure

November 9th, 2008 | by admin |

It’s weird but I have fluctuating blood pressure. The doc says it has been this way for about two years. I go from high normal to slightly into the pre-hypertension area. I keep most salt out of my diet, exercise as I was instructed, and eat lots of fruit and veggies. The doctor thinks I must have a lot of tension in my life but not all the time. This is the only cause he can find. I have no genetic problems and nothing else seems to cause this situation. He makes me get my blood pressure checked every week to keep an eye on things
