Strange experience which I think is a Trojan.

It has been a very long time that I was infected by any malwares. I have been much careful, but now had a strange experience which I think is a Trojan. My mcffe kept on finding a virus and deleting it. So I ran spy bot and cleared what I found. I keep hearing noises as if something is working in the background. Some help please
