Ringing in the ears is a nuisance many live with today. This is also known as tinnitus hearing loss. It affects a lot of people and often is only temporary. Injuries to the ear, wax buildup and infection are a number of things that can cause tinnitus. Sometimes time will heal tinnitus. Often, medication is needed to relive the symptom. Many say it is not ringing they hear. Some say wheezing, some say it sounds like hissing air, while others say it sound like liquid flowing.
