How Can Stock Market Trends and Changes Be Explained?

November 30th, 2008 | by admin |

The stock market can be a very difficult thing to predict or even explain. After all, look at all the changes (big and small) that happen on the stock market on a given day. Is it possible to explain all of these stock market trends and trace them all down to specific reasons or happenings? Not always. Sometimes you can figure out why a certain stock is dropping (for example, a recession or a CEO resigning), but it is certainly not always this cut and dry. Learning how to explain these changes is important, because it also allows you to predict future changes.
