I Trust You Are Protecting Your assets

May 20th, 2008 | by admin |

Hi, I am Cheryl and I am in my late eighties. My husband was a wealthy fellow and upon his death, I became the heiress to a large fortune. I decided to make a will a few years back and my attorney suggested that I chalk out an asset protection trust. I did just that and believe me, I am a much happier woman after I did that. You see, this trust is one way of protecting the rights of my grand children who are still minors. I would like my property to pass on to my next of the kin only, so by making this trust, I have ensured their security even after I am gone.
