Online Checking Accounts

You know, those big marble halls at big banks may look impressive, but the fact is that they’re paid for by the customers. They just aren’t necessary anymore. You’re much better off with High Yield Online Savings nowadays. I’m particularly fed up with earning .5% interest for the privilege of lending my money to the bank. Enough is enough. Especially in light of the sorts of rates the same banks charge you when they lend you money. I personally like ING Direct. I’ve been with them for a couple of years now, and have no complaints. I’ve saved a lot of money as well. Frankly, I couldn’t care less about meeting a banker in person. I’d much rather do my banking online with a click or two than wait in line at the branch.
