Friends can usually suggest a good trust attorney

December 18th, 2007 | by admin |

One of the principal concerns that we had about setting up a charitable trust was "Would the amount of money that we had set aside to invest, be sufficient after we had appointed a lawyer to establish the trust?" We spoke to friends of ours who had been through the same procedure. They recommended a trust attorney that they had worked with who was very fair and also far from expensive. We discovered later that he also supported the charities that we wanted to support, and had reduced his charges accordingly. A lawyer with a heart. There is such a thing!
