How Credit Scoring Affects You

July 8th, 2008 | by admin |

Well I have had some credit problems in the past and let’s just say my credit scoring is not the greatest thing in the world. Not surprisingly I pay close to 14% interest on my credit cards which I fear I may never get paid off with my current level of income. According to some research I did, the number of credit cards you have plays a big role in determining your score. I wish I had read some credit score faq before I took out five department store credit cards. I think there should be a law requiring credit card companies to tell you not to open up more than four credit accounts at one time.
