For the most part, however, I have a super job. My direct manager is great He listens to our problems and values our input. For example, the water delivery service we’ve been using for many years was beginning to show a lack of quality both in product and service. After listening to a group of us express concern, our manager ordered a pair of shiny-new Sparkletts Water Coolers. Now that’s management having your back!
