My New Year Health And Fitness Routine

Many of us start the year with good intentions and make those all important resolutions but we quickly find that they are not so easy to stick to as we first thought. This is why I decided on a new strategy for improving not only only my own health and fitness routine, but that of my family also. I didn't want anything that was too difficult or goals that weren't realistic but I did want to make steady improvements and to keep making steps in the right direction. Here's what I did. First of all I committed to doing one activity with the family a week. This could be anything from bowling to visiting a theme park. Perhaps not the most strenuous activities but it is all about getting in the right mindset. Secondly, Also once a week I made sure that I and my family would try a new recipe. I was not aiming at super healthy fat free tasteless things that nobody would like, but more a way of opening my family up to new experiences.
