The rug was shipped to me from China, where it was made. I know that I could buy similar rugs locally, but I hadn't seen a rug that offered the design that this one did. I saw it on Ebay and knew I had to have it, no matter what costs were involved. I watched the rug until the last minute. Only one person had placed a bid on it. I could have bid on it right away, but I knew this would result in a war between myself and the other bidder. Instead, I snuck my bid in there right at the end of the auction.
