What is Obama doing to prevent Iran from developing nuclear weapons?

And do you think it’s working? Just trying to figure out what liberals and democrats think is a reasonable solution to preventing Iran from developing nuclear weapons? Or is this really not that big of a deal to you?

I’m sure he’s focused on it like a laser beam..

Since neither you nor I are privy to national security actions, there’s no way to know.

You must not watch the news. He’s already crippled there nuclear capabilities with a virus and kidnapped one of there nuclear scientist on his trip to Mecca in Saddia Arabia.

What do you want, another all out war? Should we invade with 100,000 plus troops?

Shaking his finger at them and telling them they are bad boys. And in terms of working, what do you think?

      Not a big deal.

The time to prevent Iran from getting nukes was years ago, before they even acquired the technology. Since Bush let them have it (and North Korea too), it’s too late to un-ring that bell. Now all we can do is live with the consequnces and minimize the damage.

@josh the virus was in 2010 and it’s 3-4 years off their nuclear capability . Not permanently. So right around election time they’ll be very close. In another 4-10 years they’ll have Intercontinental Ballistic Missiles.

I’m not sure what Obama is doing past those few things you refer to, so I can speak to my judgement of him. I just hope it’s enough to stop them. I would take a broad brush…infiltrate, lure or remove any scientist working on their programs, encourage a political revolution, and freeze funds and/or embargo. Anything short of physical war is better. But I hope it’s thought of in a progressive fashion…ie start with a small brush and then add. Ultimately weapons may have to be used, but thorough knowledge must be acquired.

You really believe rediculous stories the US Government and pro-Isreali media say about Iran?!!!

Iranians say: Nukes is BAD and NO COUNTRY has the right to have Nuclear Weapons.
Iran doesn’t have Nukes and is not planning to have Nuclear Weapons….
The question is: why don’t the UN do something about the US and that cancerous tumor (Israel) which have lots of Nukes?!!!….

Aren’t you really aware of the fact that it’s just a silly excuse made by the US Government to continue its wrong policies toward Iran? I just wonder how come some people still don’t know how evil the US Government is (especially in foreign policies)….
