It is probably impossible to send money from a US Bank Account to an Iranian Bank Account
but you can work with known third parties like
U May Also use Iranian banks in US, but they charge high transaction fee’s

every kind of cash transfer with iran is banned by UN sanctions, they cant even reach their oil prices while indian state wants to pay them! and u are going to send them money as a person? tell u what use a catapult!
