At present, the market share of  satellite tv  is growing bigger and bigger each day, while its main competition, cable television, is seeing less and less of the market share for television in the United States. This state of affairs seems to be the result of the better levels of service being provided by satellite television providers. The price of satellite tv services is now quite low in the United States compared to what it was even just ten years ago and price of service compared to cable television is extremely competitive.
