I was interested in seeing the cooking preparations. I noticed that there were sets of class k fire extinguisher mounted on the kitchen walls. Watching my surprise, he explained that these commercial hand-held cylindrical pressure vessels contain agents which can be discharged in the event of fires originating from cooking appliances including solid fuel char broilers.
